"Hallelujah" the Week Is Over
It's been a very long week, but it's finally over, and the forecast calls for a large amount of snow to be dumped on the area this weekend, which is kinda exciting. Anyway, today my dad sent me the link to this video of four Norwegian singers covering Leonard Cohen's "Hallelujah." Just vocals and acoustic guitar, and it's beautiful. Each singer is strong on his own verse, respectively, and together, their harmonies on the choruses are gorgeous.

This may be the nicest version/arrangement I've heard of this yet (though seeing it ID'd as "Shrek" a little jarring) ...
BTW was thrilled to see "Sugar" at the top of your movie list. As a longtime baseball writer and one who specializes in the Minors, I tend to be hypercritical of baseball movies ... but this was by far the best I've ever seen and I've already hinted NOT subtly to my family that I want the DVD for Christmukah.
Those four guys from Norway end up doing it justice...
And I really enjoyed "Sugar." It was a good little movie - I especially loved watching the interaction between players and how it showed how strange the US could be for non-US players.
