Well, kids, it appears that Dr. Pepper will be fulfilling its promise of free soda for all if GnR actually drops Chinese Democracy in 2008.They'll be putting up coupons good for free 20-oz sodas on their website beginning this Sunday after 12:00AM. Coupons will be available for 24 hours.
