It's that time of the year, kids - time to prepare your wallet, as well as your gourmet tastebuds. It's time for Tom Sietsema's Washington Post Dining Guide 2007. I haven't been to a ton of the fine establishments mentioned. But of the ones I have been to, Chef Morou's restaurant, Farrah Olivia, is probably CC's and my favorite. Morou has battled on Iron Chef America, and he's currently one of the finalists on The Next Iron Chef.
