Ever wonder who the chairman on Iron Chef America really was? I decided to check it out, and it turns out that he’s martial arts expert-turned actor, Mark Dacascos (Cradle 2 Grave, Double Dragon). And no, he’s not really the nephew of the of Takeshi Kaga (the original Iron Chef Chairman). But I’m guessing those backflips that Dacascos does are real.
