Very interesting. BMW is coming out with a 1 Series Coupe in 2008. Of course it'll be cheaper than the 3 Series, but I wonder by just how much. Anyway, it looks pretty cool at first glance, though I'd like to see it in person...

That's wild... my Italian friend and I were just talking about that car... which is already available in Europe. It's actually competition for my Beetle - why spend so much on a VW when you can have a Beamer.
