Thanks to I Am Fuel, You Are Friends, I just found out that the BBC celebrated the 40th anniversary of the release of The Beatles' Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band in an interesting way. They sent recording engineer Geoff Emerick back to Abbey Road to recreate the album using bands from today, and using the 1967 recording methods and equipment. Very interesting.
