Have I mentioned that Jackass 2 is coming out soon? I just can't remember. Anyway, A.V. Club did a pretty cool interview with Johnny Knoxville here. I still say that Mr. Knoxville bears quite a resemblance to Mike Holden. But you can decide that for yourself.
