A man in Longmont, CO was busted for using a device (called an Opticon) that he purchased on Ebay to change traffic lights from red to green while driving. I gotta get me one of those!

Where did you get that photo of those traffic lights? It's from Canary Wharf in London, near where my sister used to live. Did you take it?
