My Two Centsit looks like the government has gone and done it, raising the cost of mailing a letter from 37 to 39 cents. guess i'll be buying a sheet of two-cent stamps, along with a bunch of other people.

How creative!
My question is... why are you still using stamps? Pay your bills online or have them automatically deducted... and then you only need stamps at Christmas.
