WTF?my office management wants us to do our accounting month-end closing process faster. i just found out that for the next 15 weeks, every Friday we now have to go to a 1.5 hour "improving customer service seminar." gee, nothing to speed up processes like wasting 1.5 hours every Friday, right? genius. pure genius.
